    • Convert a colander into a hanging planter for your porch by simply painting it (if necessary) and attaching chains. Upcycle a ladle to become a tiny succulent plant holder that can even decorate your walls indoor. Take a chipped tea cup and glue it to a small plate. Fill it with bird seed till it spills onto the plate as well and enjoy your “new” birdfeeder.

    • Use planks of wood, colorful paint and rope to make an oversized xylophone for your kids right in your backyard.
  • Use your old keys:
    • Or purchase new blank keys to use for your DIY windchime. You can paint the keys any color you want, and tie them all to a stick. All you have to do it make sure you space them all correctly. It’s that easy!
  • Creative Garden Markers:
    • Gather smooth rocks from your garden and paint them to look like the vegetable you planted in the garden. There you go! It’s a project that you can do with the kids and takes no time at all. They are easy, cheap, garden markers you can make from the materials in your own garden.
  • Use your damaged golf balls in your garden:
    • With a bit of bright paint, and creative imagination, you can create silly, friendly bugs out of your old golf balls. Place them all throughout your garden to brighten it up.
